I am currently a graduate student in the School of Engineering at U.C. Santa Cruz. I plan to get a Ph.D. in Computer Engineering, focusing on software engineering issues. I am also working as a very part-time contractor for Averstar as a way of finishing the work I was doing at the Jet Propulsion Laboratory before they terminated their on-call program.
At JPL, I had worked for the Radio Science Systems Group as well as adapting the software of a new open-loop receiver for use by the Radio Science team. The Radio Science team does multi-mission real-time radio science suppport, as well as data processing and analysis of the radio science experiments on the spacecraft (e.g. Voyager, Magellan , Galileo , Mars Global Surveyor (MGS) and Cassini).
