September 12th, Rainbow Falls, Yosemite, Home
After camping at Red's Meadow, we hiked to the Rainbow Falls, although
we got there too early in the morning for the sunlight to hit the water.
On the way towards Tioga Pass, we stopped at the Inyo Crater lakes and
the Obsidian Dome sites, which are some of the "things to see" on the
Volcanic Tour, which Ro and I are going to go back again to do the
whole thing. We then drove back home, via Tioga Pass, Yosemite, and
Hwy.140. A very very good trip.
